The test is created, and its settings are defined in YouTestMe GetCertified
The test is exported as Pearson VUE package, a file supported by Pearson testing software

Results are imported back to YouTestMe GetCertified. All data is stored and consolidated with data in YouTestMe GetCertified, allowing examination of various reports, certification, and management
SCORM and xAPI
YouTestMe is a SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) and xAPI compliant software, which means you can efficiently share content with other platforms that support these technologies.
SCORM is the absolute standard in e-learning, and xAPI is an upgraded version of Tin Can that provides more advanced data about user progress and performance.

Learning Record Store Communication
TinCan and SCORM are the most widely used e-learning standards supported by many LMSs.
The learning record store (LRS) is the heart of any Experience API (xAPI) ecosystem, receiving, storing, and returning data about learning experiences, achievements, and job performance. Our software can seamlessly forward data to any LRS.
Usually, LMSs do not have developed systems for testing or providing training courses, while our application can integrate with any LMS adding test engine functionalities. The major advantage of integrating YouTestMe with LMS is the ease by which user details can be passed to YouTestMe for testing purpose, or test results returned to record and reference back in LMS.
Learning-related activity data can range from simple test results, as in the case of SCORM, to more complex modern experiences results and detailed answers as it is the TinCan standard. From this example, we see that YouTestMe also supports Single sign-on (SSO). This allows users to log in YouTestMe account by using credentials from other LMS.
Custom Apps on Top of YTM API
YouTestMe API is very flexible for creating new modules, even applications that communicate with the YouTestMe server.
An example is a MobileTakeQuiz, a test generation mobile app developed for Android OS, completely customizable for branding themes and various multimedia content.
Integrate with Your API System
If you have a system that you do not want to or you are unable to adapt to YouTestMe platform, our team can create handlers that can communicate with your API. In this case, YouTestMe will adapt to the functioning of your current system and fully automate the usage of several systems within your work processes.
The API is basically the communicating mechanism between the LMS and your content.
Flat File Exchange with EE System
People turn to manual Flat File exchange because it is common and ubiquitous, cost-effective, and suit several purposes in an uncomplicated way.
Often, there is also the inability of other systems to configure with YouTestMe, or the incongruency within different networks, YouTestMe team has resolved this issue with several institutions and has a large number of configurable flat-files templates to support any standard. (A large number of templates that it supports, as well as the ability to adjust new templates.)
It is often the case that test frames/ shells are created in one system, while testing sessions are scheduled and users created in another, and then after the tests are completed, the results are exported as files to a format supported by an external system.
Coordination with Testing Centers (Remote Testing Locations)
Our system supports formats such as QTI, used in testing centers, for example in Pearson. In this way, the questions introduced in the testing centers can also be uploaded in YTM.

If the testing center or location does not have access to computers, we provide paper-based tests whose results can be seamlessly imported into the application through scantron.
Scheduled Data Exchange
Scheduled data exchange can synchronize user-profiles or send reports to a particular location, database, email, or file system.
One of our system’s integrations is the configuration of the SFTP protocol to communicate with a specific remote file system.
Our team made it possible for YouTestMe to export all newly performed tests to excel once a day and send them to the client configures’ system file folder.
Legacy System Integration
Sometimes it isn’t easy to transfer data from the old system to the new one precisely because of the inability to transform and migrate a considerable amount of data. Many large institutions use outdated systems that dramatically reduce their productivity, and that is why they are trapped.
This is also confirmed by our experience with the Aviation of Serbia and Montenegro, which had used software from the early ’90s. Our task was to convert Thirty years old data from a non-relational database to a new one. And we succeeded. Our specialized team proved it could access any legacy system, convert data, and import it into the new system without any losses.
