Problem with ID Scanning

If you’re having trouble with ID scanning during the equipment check, try these recommendations:

  1. Use your laptop’s camera to take a picture of your ID.
  2. Take a photo of your ID using your mobile phone and upload it to your computer.
  3. If your ID has two pictures, cover one and try taking a picture. Alternatively, crop the small image if uploading a picture.

  4. If you’re having trouble capturing a clear ID picture, try taking a photo of yourself holding the ID, making sure your face is visible in the picture.
