Face Capturing Trouble during Equipment Check

If you’re having trouble passing the face-capturing step, here are some recommendations:

  1. Make sure that your face fits into the frame on the screen and that there is enough light in the room. Glasses’ reflections may also be a problem, so try taking a photo without glasses if you wear them.
  2. Turn off other camera applications, such as Skype or another browser. Antivirus can also block camera access, so try disabling the antivirus (or camera protection) and refresh the current tab in the browser.
  3. Try using another browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
