Booking SystemThe solution supports defining seating capacities, defining to which extent they can be exceeded, warning when the seating capacity is reaching its limits, or rejecting the booking if the limit is reached.
.Data StorageThe data collected during the proctored exam is warehoused on YouTestMe servers in Canada, the United States, or Europe at client’s request.
Pre-Exam Features
.Document Capture and VerificationAfter the automated equipment check, students must take a photo of themself and their ID. After the exam, the photos are stored on the profile of the candidate and can be verified.
.Facial CaptureThe candidate must capture a photo of the face. During the test, the system checks in real-time if the face in the front camera matches the face captured before the test.
.Equipment ChecksIncludes the stage of checking equipment; the list of checks is formed based on the selected indicators. This includes checking the browser, network, camera, microphone, and screen.
.Identity VerificationThe proctor can verify the candidate’s identity and check the system’s conclusions in the proctoring report at any time.
.Changing User StatusesThe proctor can identify if the administrator sets his status to Suspended. The suspended/inactive users will be prohibited from entering the proctoring session.
.Monitoring PanelFollow the candidate’s status and time spent on each question.
Exam Features
.Behavioral TrackersImplies that the system will automatically grade the proctoring session (candidate’s behavior) based on the specified session metrics and defined thresholds. The system automatically monitors the test attempt using various behavioral trackers and records the entire process, marking the moments of suspicious behaviors. Once the exam is finished, the system generates a credibility report and stores the exam footage for the optional subsequent human validation and review.
.The Absence of a Human Face in Front of the CameraProctoring represents a substitute for personal monitoring to prevent cheating in online exams. It can easily confirm a candidate’s identity and monitors them during the test through a webcam. The AI system records when there is no person in front of the camera and marks it as suspicious behavior, which in turn automatically affects the proctoring report.
.Multiple Faces in Front of the CameraThe system detects if multiple faces are present in front of the camera and marks this event as negative or suspicious behavior.
.Background Noise or ConversationAutomated online proctoring also ensures that the devices are on and that there’s no unauthorized noise or presence in the background.
.Exiting the Full-Screen ModeThe online proctoring system detects a notification about exiting the full-screen mode.
.Muted MicrophoneAI proctoring system also monitor and record online assessments via camera and microphone on the candidate’s computer. If the candidate mutes the microphone, the system detects it immediately by showing the notification on the screen.
.Unrecognized Typing PatternsAI proctoring system reduces the possibility of cheating to the absolute minimum by detecting unrecognized typing patterns.
.Recognizing the Second ScreenThe system detects if an additional display is connected. Doing so will prevent candidates from using any devices to search for answers while taking the test.
.Preventing the Opening of Additional Browser PagesPrevents candidates from using any devices to search for answers while taking the test. This can be completely prohibited or if it is not, it will be recorded as suspicious behavior in the proctoring report, depending on the settings.
.Preventing the Change of Focus to a Different WindowThe proctoring system can detect if the candidate changes the focus to a different window and the act will be recorded as suspicious behavior in the proctoring report.
.Disabling Copying and PastingEnables protection against copying content (test) in a session, prohibits selecting and copying text and images, saves the page through the print dialog, and prohibits using the “PrintSrc” key.
.Abnormal ClickingThe proctoring system automatically tracks the event by using audio and video recording.
.Detecting Similar ProfileThis means that the same or similar person took the test with proctoring from different YouTestMe profiles. The system compares the photos taken at the beginning of the attempt of the proctored test that the candidate started. Ideally, there will be only one profile for a single person in the application.
.Abnormal Mouse ScrollingThe proctoring system automatically tracks the event by using audio and video recording.
.Adding the Time Manually Built-in special accommodation options: an option to provide an additional 1 hour or to manually define the extra time (specify it in hours, minutes and seconds as well).
.Uploading Files into Chat (Upload)Allows a student to upload files to the chat.
.Block the Screen in Cases of Violation (Lock)Activates the freeze of the screen when the system detects violations that have a duration of more than 20 seconds. The block deactivates 10 seconds after violations are addressed.
.Technical Support Available during Proctoring SessionsOur team will provide technical support during the proctored exam based on the purchased support package. We provide support for your admins via email and phone, with the response time defined by your level of support.
Post-Exam Features
.Candidate Support for Tests Monitored by YouTestMe proctorsCustomer support is offered for candidates during testing – immediate response is available by phone, email, or live chat.
.Credibility PDF ReportThis is an abridged version of a report on candidate’s behavior, including a candidate’s profile and photo, a session card, a map of the distribution of violations by time, and averaged indicators for the session.
.Request document update after testRequest a document update from a student via email.
.Behaviour Suspicious Level Generated (In %)The credibility score shows the total average percentage of violations for the entire session. The session duration is the actual one, i.e., the difference between when the student started the session and when they finished it.
.Possibility to Affect the Final Score of the Exam AutomaticallyA report is automatically generated, consisting of exam scores and proctoring credibility report. If a candidate passes the test and their proctoring report is negative (i.e., they cheated on a test), they will automatically fail it.
.Video Recording with Highlighted Suspicious MomentsAudio and video recording data of test attempts are stored on the cloud and available for additional human review.
